Every community needs a porch…a Pap-Pap’s Porch
You know, the place where neighbors just seem to stop by and stay a while. A place where somebody older than you or more knowledgeable than you says something that sticks for years…maybe even forever. The Porch is also where stories get told; we laugh, sometimes cry, and make sure people feel seen and heard. And if you don’t know all the answers like the rest of us, you’re definitely in the right place…hopefully we can learn and grow together.
We’re trying to build something special here.
Pap-Pap’s Porch is a community space dedicated to amazing people in Lake Alfred, Winter Haven, Auburndale…and every small town and city like them across America. So, pull up a chair, join the Porch Community…a place where stories are told, people can gather to learn from one another, and connect with veterans, entrepreneurs, creators, and everyday folks trying to Rediscover (their) Purpose, Reclaim (their) Life.

A little about Greg…otherwise know as Pap-Pap
Retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant. 29 years of service. Husband, Father, Pap-Pap, Neighbor.
Greg spent three decades watching and listening to stories about extraordinary people doing extraordinary things. So many times their family never even knew…that always bothered him.
So, he built a porch…Pap-Pap’s Porch.
Now those stories can be collected and curated on-site, over the phone, or via video conference. If someone deserves to be recognized, we will do our best to make sure it happens.
